Inside Sales Representative Description & Duties:

The Inside Sales Representative makes sales calls to prospects, leads and existing clients. They ensure customer satisfaction and work to build strong client relationships, partnering with field sales representatives to grow dealer base and funding volume.

Duties may include, but are not limited to: 

• Works to qualify and convert prospects and leads to dealers, to drive dealer enrollment.
• Executes follow up tasks according to preset action plans, for both dealers and leads.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of accounts with a heavy focus on early term utilization.
• Document engagement using CRM tracking in SalesForce according to operating procedures.
• Leverage existing tools and resources to increase program usage of existing dealers utilizing various communication methods such as email and phone.
• Assist other departments with credit, funding, customer service and verifications, as needed.
• Assist sales reps and management with other tasks, as including, but not limited to calling paid lists, trade show lists, and dealer disputes.
• Other duties as assigned by management. Must be able to come to work promptly and regularly. Must be able to take direction and work well with others. Must be able to work under the stress of deadlines. Must be able to concentrate and perform accurately. Must be able to react to change productively.

 Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in business, finance, communication, marketing or related field OR 2 years’ sales or customer service experience, preferably in the consumer finance industry..

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software and Internet software.

Working Conditions:

Office environment with significant time spent sitting, typing and talking on the telephone.
